The design team will work with you to conceptualize your dream day while refining and editing existing ideas with a fine tooth comb. Our goal is to create an exquisite full scale design experience for you and your guests with seamless execution. From visual aesthetic components like specialty linens, furniture, china and glassware, spatial planning, flooring, draping, stationary, decor, menu selections, luscious desserts, entertainment and ambient lighting, we work to bring all of the moving parts together in a seemingly effortless fashion. Your custom design board will serve as a beautifully illustrated road map, pulling ideas into one cohesive vision. Each element is carefully curated and the most thoughtful details are applied, enhancing the overall design aesthetic. Our understanding of styling, lighting, composition and what it takes to make a spectacular photo as well as our knowledge of floral design allows us to bring another level of creative direction to your wedding. It goes without saying that our design team will be onsite the day of your wedding styling every detail and working side by side with an exceptional vendor team to orchestrate your big day.

Reception setup:
❖ Set up all reception décor/DIY items not handled by a specific vendor (i.e. favors, menus, candles, cake knife, toasting flutes, escort cards, gifts, charger plates, etc) ❖ Manage vendor set-up of reception and make sure all commitments are fulfilled ❖ Assist band or DJ in cueing important events (i.e. grand entrance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)
❖ Cue Bride and Groom for all important events throughout the cocktail/reception to stay on schedule
❖ Manage the timeline throughout the cocktail/reception making sure everything is moving along nicely
❖ Stay in communication with banquet staff to ensure things are going smoothly ❖ Acting as an escalation point of contact for the vendors
Ceremony:

❖ Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants & family members ❖ Direct photographer, videographer, musicians, rentals, florist, etc of where to set up ❖ Oversee set-up of the ceremony to make sure all commitments are fulfilled ❖ Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed
❖ Set up all ceremony décor not handled by a specific vendor (i.e. guest signing item, unity candles, programs, pictures, etc.)
❖ Direct Ushers with programs and seating distribution
❖ Line up and cue wedding party/musicians for ceremony
❖ Attend to bride for any fixings before she walks down the aisle ❖ 2 coordinators from 12:00pm-11:00pm
❖ Manage the flow & timing of the ceremony and reception
❖ Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members and vendors
