Event logistics is our specialty! We coordinate each and every event as if it
were our own. With over 25 years in the industry, we’ve been able to
foresee problems prior to the event day, our job is to finalize with precision
and execute with passion.
Be A Guest at your Event package is dedicated to couples who want the
support of a professional to assist them on the wedding day in coordinating
their event. For couples who have faced pleasant and intense months of
planning, having our team on their side on the day of the event is a further
guarantee of success and the best remedy for stress.
Couples who have enjoyed the challenge of organizing their wedding on their own,
but who, for obvious reasons, can’t imagine themselves with a clipboard and
programme in hand, directing the unloading of equipment etc., on their wedding
day.

The finalization process begins 3 months prior to the wedding:
❖ Final details & itinerary to be sent to all event professionals
❖ Contract begins 4 months prior to your event date
❖ Unlimited amount of emails
❖ Oversee all logistics & setup of the venue
❖ Wedding Day: Liaison between the couple & all vendors

❖ I senior & 1 junior coordinator included from 12 pm to 10 pm *GTA area
❖ Personalized itinerary to be executed on wedding day
❖ Review of floor plan & guidance on table mapping
❖ Personalized wedding planning timeline and “to do” checklist
❖ Direction of speeches during dinner
❖ Ensure all tables, chairs, flowers, linens, table settings are set up accordingly
❖ Placement of gift table, favors & seating cards
❖ Supervise set up of decor, DJ, musician, catering etc.,
❖ Spokesperson to ensure all your needs are met
❖ Audio equipment check for speeches and run of flow to ensure your entrance
is in place
❖ Review timeline with DJ or master of ceremonies (Includes: arrival and
entrance, first dance, toasts, bouquet toss and cake cutting)
❖ Greet any last minute guests and ensure they find their seat
